Thank you for considering air duct solution for duct cleaning services. Before proceeding with any work, it’s important that you read and understand the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Scope of Work: The scope of work for air duct cleaning services includes cleaning the air duct system as agreed upon with the customer. The cleaning process will be done using the latest techniques and equipment.
2. Payment: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the job. We accept cash, cheque, and credit cards. If payment is not made in full at the time of service, a late payment fee may be applied.
3. Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Liability: We are not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions in your air duct system or any damage that occurs during the cleaning process. While we take every precaution to protect your property, accidents can happen. In the event of any damage caused by our technicians, we will make every effort to rectify the situation.
5. Warranty: We provide a limited warranty for our services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the job. We will make every effort to address any concerns or issues that you may have.
6. Health and Safety: Our technicians are trained to take every precaution necessary to ensure the safety of you and your family during the cleaning process. However, it is important that you inform us of any health concerns or allergies that you may have prior to the cleaning process.
7. Access: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide our technicians with access to the air duct system. This may include providing access to attics, crawl spaces, and other areas that are necessary to complete the job
8. Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless our company and its employees from any and all claims arising out of or related to the services provided.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the services are provided.
10. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understand them and agree to be bound by them.
